Had issues with setting up the server for Icarus. Support was very Quick to help me with my issues. found out that the reason for behind the delay in setting up my server was due to their backend, they quickly fixed this and even got me a 10 day compensation for their error. 6/5. Thank you, Ranier!
Customer support is beyond amazing
Customer support is amazing, they are nice, they listen and if you are technologically dumb like I am, they will fix it for you and explain why it broke and how to avoid it again.They may have slower response times but the ticket system they use ensures you get help as soon as possible. They are truly a great company. On behalf of my whole server, thank you.
