I am new to the service but a friend became a partner or something involved with the server side of things. I decided to rent having been a long time customer to Gportal. So far everything has been really great. I am happy to help my friend with the purchase/renting of my server and also happy to report that service is great. Gportal did nothing wrong, this was an opportunity to try a different company. Very happy with the service provided by NodeCraft, will certainly remain a customer for the forseeable future.

Went above and beyond for a simple fix
Went above and beyond for a simple fix, with a quick response time too! My buddy had the server password for Palworld that needed an update, so I was locked out for HOURS. Cameron with support pushed the update for me, which he could have easily shrugged off and said to contact the owner. They really care about their customers.
