Great customer support and server recovery

I had an issue with an old Minecraft server that had been terminated, and I was worried about losing our world and files. The support team explained the recovery process and helped restore the backup to a new server.Rene from the support team was very helpful and kept everything clear throughout the process. The backup was successfully restored, and our world and files are working perfectly again.Very happy with the support and the recovery process. Thank you, WiseHosting!

The support was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fast. They understood my problem immediately and explained what was causing it. They offered to move my server to another location, and the migration was completed extremely quickly. Everything was kept intact, and the connection works perfectly now without the packet loss or disconnects I was experiencing before.I’m genuinely impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the issue. The communication was also excellent throughout the whole process. Definitely one of the best support experiences I’ve had with a hosting provider!

Outstanding support quick, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful

I’ve had a really great experience with WiseHosting, especially with their support team.We had a rather unusual networking issue where one of our players was experiencing severe desyncs and disconnects, while the server itself was running perfectly fine for everyone else. After doing some diagnostics and providing WinMTR results, Rainer from the support team took the time to actually look into the issue instead of just giving us generic troubleshooting steps.He identified that the problem was most likely related to the routing between Deutsche Telekom and the server’s network. After discussing the possible solutions with us, he transferred our entire server to a different node in the UK to provide a different routing path. The migration only took a few minutes, all of our worlds, mods and configurations were preserved, and most importantly, the connection issues are now gone.What impressed me the most was how responsive, knowledgeable and straightforward the support was throughout the whole process. Rainer explained what was happening, responded to our test results and actually provided a solution that made a noticeable difference.Huge thanks to Rainer and the WiseHosting support team for the excellent help. This is exactly the kind of support you hope to get from a server hosting provider. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!
