Consistently Inconsistent

Consistently Inconsistent I had a server from Palworld 1.0 launch and have had nothing but issues since then. They would spitball all sorts of solutions but never actively did anything that remedied the situation, just hid it rather until a day later when the same or new issues resurfaced. I tried to be super understanding of their support staff having a high workload initially; however, once the issues started to become daily, nothing was being done to remedy the situation. In addition, on one of the instances where no fix was implemented, but I was eventually able to reconnect, a new character was brought into the mix stating "Greetings Survivor!Happy to hear you got back in. We will keep you on your current machine since the space issue on it is taken care of and there is plenty of room now, so no move needed. THANK YOU! " 1. Never received that email2. The same issues started occurring again a day later3. This person had done nothing within the thread except attempt to close my support thread which is still ongoing, mind you, for the constant issues I've had. (Super unprofessional and scummy in my opinion and makes me wonder about half of the reviews posted on this site for these people. I would not recommend this service if you are looking for something you would like to have and be able to utilize long term. Still, nothing has happened to even point to a permanent fix. I even mentioned I was looking into new hosts, and then at that point and only at that point was it mentioned that it was enabled for me to download my server files to implement to a different host. Due to the constant ongoing issues, the server died in my circle relatively quickly, so it was a waste of money. Edit: I have since worked with their team, and they have since refunded me for the service. They did, at minimum, acknowledge their process and did take accountability for the issues I experienced in lieu of passing blame or deflecting my concerns, addressing them head-on.
