When I purchased the server, I was unable to connect to it. I reached out on the open Discord they have available and the admin "DxWo" responded within minutes with a very professional manner.It took us a couple days to get the issue fixed, but DxWo was in contact with me through the entire process and explained that the game I was renting the server for was very new for them. Knowing that, and that they were working with the Linux OS on their end made the speedbump very understandable. Looking through their website and their Discord I see a very encouraging level of clarity and commitment on display. An excellent service and I don't think you'll go wrong giving this company your money and trust.
