Pretty easy to set up the server

Pretty easy to set up the server, some issues with Xbox and the name not showing up. Those were resolved pretty fast tho

Excellent support from Tom Hancock

I had an issue with my Rust server not appearing correctly in the server browser. Tom Hancock was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, and worked with me until the problem was completely resolved. He even assigned my server a new IP address and guided me through every step until everything was working perfectly again.His responses were always quick, clear, and friendly. Great Customer Service

The website is great and intuitive to use, and has my Stardew Valley server running perfectly!Also the customer service is very good. I had an issue with accidentally spending some credit on some extra add ons, but after making a ticket, Tom Hancock swiftly responded and solved the issue in a matter of hours. Absolutely would reccommend
