Friendly staff and blazingly fast issue resolution
Fantasic response times to any issues (as few and far between as they are). Very friendly staff, and of course the actual server hosting provided is top notch (for Factorio at least!)The web UI is also pretty nice - you can tell a lot of attention to detail has gone into the service, and I'm sure it will only continue to be further refined over time.I'm not really one to leave reviews, but the professionalism I've experienced in dealing with them so far is second to none and deserves to be commended.

A great team with a great product!I've been hosting a Factorio server with these guys for three months and it's the best server hosting experience I've had yet!The team are responsive to all my support queries, provided me with an easy to use subscription service and made it incredibly easy to install mods into my server. The UI looks incredibly modern compared to the other companies I've previously used.The team just get it done right.
Incredible service
Signed up with ServerFlex for their neat built-in Factorio mod manager. You can install mods right from the application without ever using FTP. - Had an issue with the server I've rented - was resolved almost immediately, and that's on a weekend! - Had an issue with login, and Jon, one of the engineers jumped in immediately and helped to debug the problem which turned out to be completely on my end. The application is neat and gives you full control where you need it, renting experience is smooth, servers are quick and do not cost much. Overall, it's an amazing offering.
