Great hosting service

Great hosting service! I tried creating a Palworld server but ran into issues with the game itself, so I requested a refund. Their team was amazing and responded the same day and offered to help, but after I requested it, they completed the refund the same day - this is amazing customer service.Their hosting panel is also quite easy to use and has some good tools built-in that other providers do not have; based on my experience, I would recommend them to others. I would have continued to use them myself, but unfortunately the game was unplayable for me so there was no need for the server :c

You're in good hands

I've been hosting video game servers for over a decade now and have used more hosting providers than I can count. Physgun for years now have been by far the most reliable and responsive provider I've worked with.The biggest plus for me is how quickly they actually respond when something problematic comes up. Whether I've had a weird networking issue, database problems, needed something locked down for security, or just had a random technical question, I can usually reach out directly and get an actual knowledgeable response instead of going back and forth through generic support tickets for days. I have used competing hosts such as GMC or Tempest in the past - under which I had lost data, angered my community due to outages, and never received any meaningful technical help.In addition to this, Physgun is also consistently improving things. They've made improvements within the games they host for, IE : custom networking/security changes, and have been very transparent when there are service issues, and when they will be addressed. Personally, running servers with a lot of players means reliability is my priority, and I genuinely don't think I could go back to using one of the larger generic hosting companies after being with Physgun this long.

Great experience with Physgun. My request was quite complex, but the support team was attentive, responsive, and very involved throughout the process. After several exchanges, we eventually got exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended !
