I personally REALLY REALLY dislike having to go to a bot or ai for answers. It is much preferred to have humans! FIN is the name of the ai bot. It's response was quick and provided me the information I needed. (This time) This specific experience was very good.

May have saved 40 real days of my life

I was having all sorts of issues trying to prepare for the upcoming Ark update. If you aren't aware if you run mods on your server and an ark update comes through, they can cause major issues with your mods or even wipe your entire server. Samuel Miguel helped me immensely downloading the server information to have as a backup in case everything gets erased. That way I'll be able to reupload my save to their servers and hopefully not lose over 40 real life days of progreess. Something that would've resulted (hopefully not) in me ending the service entirely. An absolute legend of a customer service rep and should be promoted/given a raise.
