LOW.MS Review

A huge thanks to the staff, you should use Low.Ms

well so at first I made a game server, project zomboid. All was well, but our server experienced issues with crashes and bugs. I talked back and forth with this amazing support guy, Ryan S. Eventually it ended in him doing alot of changes and then eventually moving my server to another machine to resolve the issue, low and behold, it all is good. What i really like is that the support seemingly are good at the games technically, atleast Ryan S. He deserves a raise, the response times were also practically instant, compare it to other game server providers with support staff that don't know what they do, have to escelate it to degrees of experts, which should be the baseline *As they are here, lovingly.*, etc, this is so good, like, responses ranged from mostly 10 - 30 minutes to at most 3 hours and that was in the midnight. All in all, I wanna say that this is amazing server hosting.

Easy to setup and support is super quick if you need help. This is my second server on Low.MS. As the host it is easy to maintain so I can play and it is always up, so my players can play. Highly recommend Low.MS!

Initial config issues, but fixed

Starting up a server, the logs had it hanging on world creation. Attempted fixes from the customer facing portal but nothing worked. Involve CS around 0000 GMT so there was a little delay of about 2 hours for a response. When I was in communication with them though they wound up rebuilding and moving my server, which fixed all of the problems. The service itself is reliable, so I'd use them again.

I bought from here but I deleted the service after two days of purchaseBecause of DDoS attacks but their service was strong and fast and without problemsBut they offered me another service with protection from DDoS attacks but I was in a hurry and got my money back and it was delayed for some time but everything is fine Next time I will buy from here but I hope the same mistake does not happen with DDoS attacks I advise everyone to buy from here despite my hatred for them but they deserve it because they are great I highly recommend

There are two sides to this coin

There are two sides to this coin. The first is the good. The servers are functional that I open and affordable. I usually run minecraft, once palworld, but usually minecraft. In the past they were responsive and able to install the server I wanted. I barely had issues, which were due to me.I tried everything on my own desktop and then tried it on the host I purchased. It works fine on my computer but as soon as it is uploaded, it does not work and the service says its working but there is no proof of function. The console is blank or sometimes says that there are no logs. This happens even as the server is being ran or is online according to the service.25 hrs later I got a reply, and they said it was fixed and my mods were installed but they were not and it was not fixed. The same issue I made a ticket about was repeated.Update again: the staff were understaffed today with a lot of tickets to work on. Do not give them a tuogh time and be patient. It will take a bit but it will function.
