I've used a lot of server hosting…
I've used a lot of server hosting businesses in the past, and had very little issues most of the time but this may be the first time I have come across a business where I've looked into the business as a whole because of how impressed I was.The price is obviously great, but more than that the server platform is fantastic, easy to use and offers so many options, and whilst I've only had to contact support once so far the response was instant (ticket raised at 13:19, response at 13:20), and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.Will likely keep this server moving forward, and looking forward to the future with this business.

The staff were nice and polite. They did not respond fast at first but that was most likely due to them being understaffed at the time so overall Great experience for the low price of the server

fast support, you can literally change a server location of a server split, I think this is the only host that can do that, and they support 9950x cpus with less than 1 dollar per gigabyte,
It was a little confusing at first but the help was AMAZING!
It was a little confusing at first, my modpack didn't work at first, but then a support employee called Nathan (Thanks Nathan! You helped SO much!) fixed my server in under a couple of minutes! The support is amazing and the Minecraft hosting is cheap, it's a great host.
