Pal Wolrd is all the rage. That means when they update, all of us try to update our server at once. Mine malfunction. I wrote the the CS team and within mere minutes they were giving me good walkthrough instructions. We exchanged about 5 e-mails and bam, the instructions worked perfectly and I'm updated and running. It literally couldn't have been a better service unless they did it for me. It was phenominal.

Honestly, the best ark hosting site I've found so far. I had a few issues that were caused at my fault, and support was able to get me set back up and fixed. They also have a crazy fast response time and no dealing with Bots. it was a pleasant experience with Fafael. Also, mods were almost easy to do. I did mess up on first go with which caused the issues. I suggest reading the modding guide they send in the email. It will avoid the issues i had cause i didn't read it. Also, super cheap pricing.
