As a not so tech savvy person, I must say, the patience, understanding, problem solving, and just overall customer service, tech service I have received from the Host Havoc has made me so happy I chose them as my Server provider. Always gracious, kind and professional. Every issue has been taken care of in most cases in just a few moments. These aren't issue caused by Host Havoc, (the server) they are issues I have made, (user error), and they have fixed them, or walked me through them with nothing but knowledge, respect and kindness.
