Very responsive and helpful
Very responsive and helpful! I've had multiple servers through HH, and they're my go to server provider. Client area is easy to use and servers are easy to setup. Staff is great!
Functions Well and Great Customer Service
I was able to set up a Conan Exiles server with no issues, though the UI does take a bit of exploring to understand. After a recent update there was an issue with the connection port so I reached out to customer service and got a very fast response even though it was the middle of the night in ET. Assistance was concise and super helpful. The server had to be moved to a different machine but Host Havoc took care of all of that and everything was fixed in a short time.I will say its difficult to reach out to support while logged in to the server dashboard, and I do wish the server time could be adjusted from UTC to a different time zone. Customer service really was surprisingly good though.

First Steps & Everywhere inbetween
I have had multiple issues when setting up my first game hosting server (quite a few of them were user error) which normally would be a frustrating process.Every time I have had to put in a help ticket, the response has been almost immediate! Each and every representative I worked with was efficient, kind, understanding, and able to solve all of my problems within moments. The usability of their software is also easy, informative, and very user-friendly which is a massive plus considering I am new to hosting on my own. They make each step and interaction enjoyable. I highly recommend these serviced to anyone, even if you're just getting started.

I just tried to set up a server for 7 days to die today and was doing ok, but some things I just couldn't figure out. The help desk/customer service people I talked to to help were very very patient and extremely helpful to get everything set and working correctly. Their responses were quick, efficient and very friendly! Would for sure 100% recommend them to EVERYONE!
