I have been using EU Game Host for around four months now, and I can honestly say that the experience has been excellent from the very beginning.When I was transitioning from my previous hosting provider, I had one month during which I needed to pay for both the old hosting and the new dedicated server. They were extremely fair and reduced the price for that transitional month to make the financial burden easier for me. That alone showed me that the owner genuinely cares about customers and treats them like people rather than simply another invoice number. That kind of understanding is increasingly rare and deserves recognition.Regarding the network and server performance, the quality has been unmatched. I have never experienced such a stable and powerful connection on a dedicated server. During these four months, we have had virtually no network-related issues.The server was offline only once, due to a failed network switch. I opened a support ticket and received a response within just nine minutes. The entire issue was investigated, the necessary hardware was replaced, and the server was fully operational again within approximately 18 minutes. Eighteen minutes for a hardware-related outage is genuinely impressive and demonstrates exactly what professional support should look like.I operate a DayZ server, and every single one of our players has noticed a major improvement compared to our previous provider. Helicopter flights and vehicle driving are significantly smoother, with far less rubber-banding, desynchronization and general lag. The difference is immediately noticeable, especially in situations where good server and network performance matter the most.Their prices may not be among the cheapest on the market, but you are not simply paying for the physical server. You are also paying for excellent infrastructure, reliability and professional assistance when it is urgently needed. Once you consider the complete service you receive, the price is entirely reasonable and represents very good value.Another major advantage is that KVM access is included and available immediately when purchasing a dedicated server. There is no need to repeatedly request access or pay an additional fee. KVM may not be something you use every day, but when it is needed, it is usually needed urgently. Having immediate access included as standard is a significant benefit that many hosting providers still do not offer.After four months, I genuinely have no complaints. The performance is excellent, the support is responsive and competent, and the customer service is fair and personal. This is exactly the level of service I expect from a serious hosting provider, and I can confidently recommend EU Game Host to anyone looking for a reliable dedicated server.
