Good experience - one odd issue resolved through chat with support
Overall a good experience! Server was running rather quickly from the moment I purchased it. The only thing which makes me give it a 4 instead of 5:On our Minecraft server the IP address (which can be found in the portal of Empower) did not work. Asked support for help, they gave me the numerical IP address. That solved the issue!

the support was really helpful especially because it was kind of difficulty adding the specific stuff we wanted but the support talked my friend through how to do it and on the server everything was amazing nothing going wrong

Harvey is helpful
Harvey, my customer service guy always gets things done for me. He doesn't have to but he helped me with all the setup and even an update to my Minecraft server. Honestly, didn't expect the help he has given me. Even worked with me on Ram and settings to make sure I could host more than just 2 people. Not an expensive service either.
Combined the ram and storage
Amazing would 100% recommend Harvey when I wanted a refund on a plan that I bought that just went out of the refund period and I bought a new server and I asked if he could combine both of the ram and the storage and he did it without any questions very polite and would recommend to people who don't know if it is safe I can 100% guarantee that it is safe I originally thought it was unsafe and now I have bought 3 servers with them and they have all worked amazingly I know I can have my servers with them
