Day one and tech support, specifically Juan, is already living up to expectations and more. Juan was fast, accurate and a pleasure to work with.Server performance seems an improvement over my last host but going from 8gb to 20gb ram will do that. Console is awesome. Everything works in less than an hour from initial startup.If I find any surprises that would necessitate a downgrade from 5 stars I'll update as time moves on.
