Great Service and Fast Support
I tried contacting their support team through live-chat when I had a small issue with my Arma 3. They replied fast and helped me fix the problem step by step. After that, the server runs smoothly and my friends and I can play with mods without problems.

I would like to extend my thanks to Louis and Julian for their quick, honest and informative responses. It was certainly a contributing factor that helped in my decision to subscribe to their services. I don't often reach out to companies because I detest the hard sales tactics but I found their conduct quite the opposite. With their help, I was able to set up an Ark server and I tested it out that evening with a few friends. Thanks again to you both and the team.
