Great Service + Price
I'm new to setting up servers for gaming and while they have made the process as straightforward as possible I still needed some additional support. The support I was received was both very quick and very helpful. And their prices are great. So I have to give them 5 stars. Our 7 Days to Die server is running great and when I had to upgrade the game from 1.2 to 1.3 it was a breeze. Update: Initial experience with this host was good, as mentioned above, but that experience degraded with time and ultimately resulted in me leaving this host. It might have been a one off situation, but short version of the story: I selected a plan and got a promo based on what they said on their website. But what they said on their website was inaccurate and needed updating, so I had to switch to a different plan to accommodate my number of players (and they subsequently updated their website). But then they wouldn't give me my reoccuring promo.

The cheapest and most reliable hosting for so many different games. The prices are affordable with good specs as well to run the servers smoothly. Also the support is top notch, there is always support online who are able to actually help (unlike lots of other hosting providers). I keep coming back to host with them not only to support them but because they are probably one of the most underrated out there.
Truly awesome Minecraft host
Truly awesome Minecraft host. The prices are totally accessible and make other hosts seem absolutely overpriced. The servers are awesome, I've had 0 downtime so far, and as if that weren't enough, the support is above and beyond. I had an issue with my server not starting, and they manually tweaked my modpack's config to make the server run with no issues. 10/10!
