One of the best, omg at first they doesnt have the modpack i wanted BUT they offer to help me install it such good service and now i am able to enjoy it with my friend with the modpack i want!! 10/10
Apex Hosting Excellent Technical Support
I have been using Apex Hosting to host modded Minecraft servers for my friends and I for years now. Recently, I have been using much larger mod packs for these servers, and some of them had some difficulties that I myself couldn't figure out. When I was looking for ways to contact Apex Hosting's technical support, I didn't expect to hear a quick reply, nor a helpful one. Not only was I totally incorrect in my assumption, but I was shocked by not only the speed of the reply, but the skill these people had. They diagnosed my problem, proposed a solution, and fixed the issue FOR ME all within a quick 3 message thread. This is by far the best technical support I have ever experienced, and could not recommend their services more. Great work.
