I've been using AleForge since December…

I've been using AleForge since December 2024, and my experience has been excellent from day one.The servers are fast, stable, and reliable. Whether I'm hosting a vanilla server, a heavily modded server, or one with lots of plugins, the performance has been consistently great with very little downtime or lag.The biggest reason I continue to use AleForge is their support team. Their live chat is incredibly responsive, and there always seems to be someone available to help. They don't just send generic replies, they actually take the time to investigate issues and help resolve them.They've helped me with modpack installations, plugin setup, server configuration and general troubleshooting. Even when a modpack required manual fixes, the support team was happy to assist until everything was working correctly. It's rare to find a hosting company that provides this level of support.The control panel is simple to use, making it easy to manage files, backups, versions, and server settings. Even if you're new to hosting a Minecraft server, it's very beginner-friendly while still offering the features experienced users need.Overall, I've had a fantastic experience with AleForge over the past year and a half. The combination of reliable server performance, fair pricing, and an outstanding support team makes them an easy recommendation.If you're looking for a Minecraft hosting provider that offers both great performance and support that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend AleForge. Aleforge is S Tier!

Aleforge is a topnotch hosting solution. If I can only write one thing, it's that their customer service and assistance is fast and reliable. Actual human help! I've used them for V-Rising and Enshrouded, and both times they've been great. Easy to use interfaces, solid hardware options and plenty of configuration tools to fit demanding hosting needs.Would absolutely use them again for my next big group gaming session!

Great place to get a server, I purchased a terraria server and went great all the time, the staff was really good and answered whiting minutes of me reaching out. Excellent service overall.

Friendly, Helpful, and Top-Notch Hosting

I have been extremely impressed with the quality of both the hosting and the support with Aleforge. Uptime has been 100%, and the server has been fast and responsive. The control panel is clean and intuitive. When I have needed support, support tickets were responded to very quickly, and the team stayed proactively engaged until the problems were solved.

Emailing them requires logging in so canceling my account was very difficult, especially with a buggy password reset page that absolutely has a bug that really stressed me out. I made two earnest attempts at contacting you guys before leaving this review. I’ve removed most of my rant cause they seem reasonable.Thank you for canceling my account.Pumping up to 3 stars though because they were very quick to respond and resolve this. Still kinda frustrated you fixed a bug I mentioned without acknowledging it until I called it out, the Contact link absolutely required login until you fixed it because of my review. How can you tell me login isn’t required when without the url params it absolutely was? It’s not “consistency” it’s a bug, thank you Lucas for your bug report we fixed the bug you found
